Declared issue: While operating the equipment,
error F30022 occurred ("Power unit: control Uce")

Solution: Diagnostic of the power part of the units
found an electrical breakdown in one of the power
transistor modules, allowing high voltage into
the command circuit of a power tong door. The repair
involved replacing 2 transistor
modules and control boards for IGD5/R2 power tongs
at each block. Decontamination was performed.
Upon completion of remedial actions, the power blocks
successfully passed a function test using special testing
equipment.

Solution: Troubleshooting of the converter found a hardware
defect in the diode transistor module, which triggered the
errors specified when bringing the converter online to the motor.
In the course of the repairs this module was replaced.
Decontamination was performed. Upon completion of remedial
actions, the converter was successfully tested in operation
with the motor in standard operating mode.

Solution: Diagnostic of the panel found a hardware defect in the display backlight circuit.
